Didn't want to rush in the fuel gauge UI for the "Finally Finish Something" jam, but it's done now and will be in the next build.

I was pretty pumped to add it in ;)  Granted later on more things can be added to it such as a slow red warning flash and having the tow truck sputter when fuel is low but it's a good start.
